Salvador DALI (1904-1989)
Salvador Dali was born in Figueras, north of Catalonia, in 1904, and died in 1989, in the same place. From his earliest age, he was interested in painting, figurative art and surrealist movement. He studied at the San Fernando Institute and at the Fine Arts of Madrid. His works are his overflowing imagination, influenced by psychoanalysis, whose favorite areas are death, eroticism and putrefaction.
